What is the difference between “App-less” and “App-based” solutions ?

App-less CRM solution uses Mobile Web as a member homepage and WhatsApp as communication tool, while App-based CRM solution uses a mobile app as an engagement tool to connect brands and members

We have existing membership / loyalty system, is it possible to convert to App360 CRM ?

Yes you can. You need to get data from existing vendor, in order to migrate the data into APP360 CRM system.

If I communicate with my members using WhatsApp Biz over mobile phone, would WhatsApp credit be deducted / chargeable ?

No. Manual WhatsApp communication via mobile phone will not make WhatsApp credit deducted / chargeable. We will deduct / charge WhatsApp credit for any automated message sent via App360 system only.

What happens when my free WhatsApp Biz Credit runs out of the monthly quota ?

For any excess usage of  WhatsApp Biz credit, after the free quota, will be $0.05 / message, which will be invoiced on next billing month.

For the PRO package, if we opt for the Mobile Apps package, what happens to our WhatsApp messaging credit ?

Since you have personalized Mobile Apps, with unlimited free app notification, to engage between your brand and members, your WhatsApp messaging credit is no longer needed.

There are certain features that we are looking for that are not in App360 CRM package, can we still engage App360 CRM ?

How is App360 charged ?

You don’t pay for inactive members in App360 CRM.

The recurring payment will be charged on the 1st of every month, based on your *active member counts of last month end.

 

*active member refers to member who has any form of transaction activities (registration/credits/points/rewards/vouchers/stamps/campaign participation) recorded in App360 system within a year.

What is the different between "Yearly Payment" and "Monthly Payment" ?

If you sign up yearly payment, you will get up to 2 months subscription waived. i.e. buy 10 get 12.

If you sign up monthly payment (before 15th), you are required to make 3.5 months payment in advanced, for current month and subsequent 3 months, followed by regular monthly payment from 4th month onwards.

If you sign up monthly payment (after 15th) : You are required to make 3 months payment in advanced, for subsequent 3 months, followed by regular monthly payment from 4th month onwards.

Any deposit needed ?

No deposit required.

Any Minimum Subscription term ?

No minimum subscription terms. If you decide to terminate App360 CRM, the remaining months subscription fee will be forfeited.

Can I change my recurring payment from Monthly to Yearly ? Or vice versa ?

Of course you can, after the end of your remaining paid subscription. You may switch between Monthly or Yearly payment.

From Yearly to Monthly, you need not pay advanced 3 months subscription like initial sign up.

From Monthly to Yearly, you can enjoy 12 months subscription with a 10-month fee.

How are my members going to interact with us ?

For App-less solution, members can interact with your brand using the member homepage web and WhatsApp Biz.

While for App-based solution, member and brand engagement is via the mobile app.

How are my store(s) / outlet(s) going to interact with members ?

Your outlets staff can use our Merchant App installed in any android phone or terminal. The Merchant App is available in the Google Playstore.

How does my marketing team manage behind the scenes ?

Your marketing team can manage member community and plan for various marketing campaigns using our CRM Admin Web panel. They can do analytics and reporting there as well.

If I want to integrate with our current POS / ERP System, is that possible ?

Yes you can. We have ready a standard API for integration-friendly POS / ERP System vendors. For customized integration, you can check our API Documentation out, and contact us to discuss with our sales representative to request for further details and request for the API Key .
